Is your packaging eco-friendly?

We try to make our packaging as recyclable as possible using recycled bubble wrap, hive paper and organza/muslin bags which are great to re-use for your crystal goodness!

In person events we only use paper bags which are all widely recyclable.

What happens if I have put the wrong address?

If your item hasn't been dispatched, send me a message on either through the contact form or email me at turtletarot11@gmail.com and I will happily change it for you.

If the parcel has been dispatched, you'll be liable for the costs of re-shipping it so email me, if that happens, at turtletarot11@gmail.com and i will supply you with my paypal.

I will always put a return address on the back so it will be returned to me.

How do I look after my crystals?

Each order will come with a care sheet which lists the different ways you can look after your new babies!

I would always recommend doing some more research on your specific crystal as it means you will get more detailed information on how to look after it.

What quality are your crystals?

We always try to find the highest quality crystals at an affordable price. All crystals will be fine grade and above.

We source them from all over the world and since being open since 2020, we have created some close bonds with our suppliers who we love dearly! The crystals we get are all responsibly sourced keeping in mind the ethical treatment of employees and the environmental impact of mining.

My order hasn't arrived

We have a 10 day waiting period for items to arrive before we will consider them lost (this may change if royal mail has significant delays etc). Royal Mail only allow claims to be opened after 10 working days - so please be patient with me whilst I investigate the issue.

We use 48 hour tracked shipping so will be able to see where the parcel has ended up!

after my findings, i'll be more than happy to offer a suitable resolution.

If your item is just delayed or you would like a refund as it has no use for you anymore, the 7-10 days still stands if the items are lost (after I have claimed with Royal Mail, you will receive a resolution) or I will need the item returned to me once you receive it.


Returned items need to be back with me before we offer a full refund due to fraud or scams.

My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

Unfortunately, crystals are very fragile things and breaks can occur during the shipping process. Please message us using the contact form or email us on turtletarot11@gmail.com so we can sort the issue out as effectively as possible :)
