Vanadinite Specimen

A very generously sized piece of beautiful Vanadinite! This piece has dendrite in the matrix and pieces of Barite scattered around - a super amazing piece for any collection!

Vanadinite is mined globally however some of the most beautiful pieces come out of Morocco, Mexico and the US. It is formed due to volcanic ash having a chemical reaction to vanadium, oxygen and lead. Chlorine is also a key part in the growth of the crystals. 

Due to the nature of crystals each stone will be completely unique varying in shape and size! Small imperfections naturally occur (such as markings, inclusions and pits) however this doesn't affect the crystal in any way!
